LEGAL ANIMATIONS can be the most persuasive tool used in the courtroom and are considered the most sophisticated type of demonstrative evidence available to litigators. They are used in trial to aid an expert’s or witness’s testimony and mediation to effect settlement.
Infomedia has created hundreds of Legal Animations and can advise your firm on the best approach for creating your visualization. We have expertise with all types of legal animations ranging from vehicle collisions to natural disasters.

WHEN TO USE A LEGAL ANIMATION
At trial a courtroom animation (also referred to as a trial animation, legal animation, or legal reenactment) should be used when an event is complicated, confusing, or more appreciated and dramatic when shown.
At mediation a courtroom animation, or legal animation, can be geared more towards settling the case and is sometimes used simply to enhance a presenter’s overall presentation.

COST OF A LEGAL ANIMATION

All of our Medical Legal Animations begin with our anatomical human collection. It is the most comprehensive and well-crafted animation collection available to the legal community. It maintains true to life human shape with accurate proportion and positioning to allow for the most realistic demonstrative exhibits possible.
This collection was created through years of development working with scanned human forms, photographic illustrative anatomical atlases, MRI / CT scans, and with integrated consultation from leading medical experts.
BRING THE JURY TO THE SCENE
Give the jury what they want: VISUALS. Today’s juror is accustomed to seeing what they are
hearing. A vivid legal animation will hold the interest of the jury and is more likely be
retained for the most important part of your trial -- deliberations.
