POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

Infomedia Trial Solutions creates PowerPoint presentations using a combination of standard text, custom graphics, videos, and animations. We are not confined to the software’s native image or graphic options which allows us to create more compelling trial and mediation presentations.
ADVANTAGES

Easy to make quick edits. Inexpensive production. Presenter can show their own presentation, or hire a presentation specialist at trial or mediation.

DISADVANTAGES

It is a linear program so slides must be located by scrolling to each individually.

Cannot change direction of presentation/argument during trial.

Interactive Trial Presentations allow for an unlimited amount of possibilities for delivering your message. Fully customized menu systems to trigger different messages or animations, virtual walk throughs of scenes, and photo libraries are just a few examples.

NON-LINEAR (TRIAL DIRECTOR) PRESENTATION

When the presenter needs to move to different exhibits
shown using trial presentation software like Trial Director
ADVANTAGES

Any type of media can be retrieved instantly.
Necessary when there are many documents and/or highlights, call-outs, and zoom-ins.

DISADVANTAGES

Requires a trained presentation specialist.

TRIAL BOARD PRESENTATION

MEDIA: DISPLAY BOARD

Display boards are most efficient when used in combination
with other visual media, or by themselves when there are
minimal visuals or documents.
ADVANTAGES

Can be held by attorney, visible for longer periods of time, and presented close to jurors.

DISADVANTAGES

Display boards cannot be changed once created. They can only be slightly altered using tape for masking or by interchangeable sections.
